Dear Esteemed Members of the University Community,

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you who played an integral role in the success of our recent series of graduation ceremonies. Your tangible support have truly made a significant impact on the overall success of these important events.

Special mention is extended to Vice Presidents Mariden Cauilan and Theresa Dimalanta, as well as the Directors under the Academic Department, for their continuous presence and support throughout the ceremonies. Despite the challenges posed by the hot weather, heavy academic gowns and lengthy ceremonies for our numerous graduates, your commitment and perseverance did not falter and your presence was truly valued.

A sincere thank you to the Campus Executive Officers, Academic Deans, and other campus officials for their meticulous planning and efforts in ensuring that the graduation ceremonies at each campus ran seamlessly. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence were key in ensuring the smooth execution of the events.

I also want to express my gratitude to the University Registrar Ham Bangayan, Campus Registrars, and their staff for their diligent work in ensuring that all diplomas and TORs were distributed promptly and efficiently on the day of the ceremonies. Your professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable.

A special appreciation goes out to the various committees involved in the graduation ceremonies, including those responsible for the beautiful stage preparation, smart emceeing, extraordinary graphic designs, professional lights and sounds, efficient documentation and live streaming, hospitable guest comfort, security, transportation, utility, traffic, and general services. Your hard work and dedication were essential in creating a memorable and successful event for our graduates and their parents.

I extend my sincerest gratitude to our distinguished guest speakers, NEDA Regional Director Dr. Dionisio Ledres, DA Regional Executive Director Dr. Rosemary Aquino, CSU BOR, and Former Piat Mayor Atty. Carmelo Villacete, 3rd District Representative Congressman Joseph Jojo Lasam Lara, Public Servant Dr. Zarah De Guzman Lara, DBM Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman and DILG Undersecretary Atty. Odilon Pasaraba representing DILG Secretary Benjamin Abalos, for sharing their valuable insights and wisdom with our graduates. Your inspiring words left a lasting impact on all who were present.

Thank you, Fr. Ranhilio Aquino and the other priests for celebrating the Baccalaureate Mass for our students and spiritually preparing them for uncertain days to come.

I also want to thank the parents of our graduates for entrusting the future of their children to us. It has been an honor and privilege to be a part of their educational journey and we are grateful for the trust you have placed in CSU.

Congratulations to all our graduates on this significant achievement. Your perseverance and determination have paid off and we are raring to see the great things you will accomplish in the future.

My gratitude extends to all the faculty members, staff, students, volunteers, and everyone else who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the success of our graduation ceremonies. Thank you for your invaluable contributions and unwavering support throughout the planning and execution of these events. Your efforts have truly made a difference and I am deeply grateful for all that you have done.
